HOMEOWNER ASSOCIATION QUESTIONS
HOW MUCH ARE HOA DUES?
As of January 1st, 2022, Ralston Village dues are $440.00 per month. Invoices are sent out around the 22nd of the month and due by the 15th of the following month. For example, an HOA dues invoice for April would be sent out on or around March 22nd and due April 15th. There is a late fee of 10% of the amount due assessed for payments received after the due date.
WHAT SERVICES DOES THE HOA DUES COVER?
Trash pickup, water, sewer, outdoor landscaping, recreation areas, maintenance and management, hazard insurance and taxes on common area.
HOW DO PAY MY HOA DUES?
You can pay your HOA dues in one of three ways:

1) Pay by check or money order. Please make your payment out to Ralston Village Homeowners Association. Make sure to include your new 11 digit Management Trust account number. Mail your payment to:

2) You can utilize your bank's bill pay feature (if available) to send your dues payment. Your account number is the 11 digit reference number associated with your unit from The Management Trust. The Payee name would be Ralston Village Homeowners Association. Payments sent via your bank's billpay may take up to 5 business days to arrive depending on your bank's schedule so make sure to set a date that ensures your payment will not arrive late.

3) Pay Online. You can pay your dues using a debit or credit card by logging into https://my.managementtrust.com/ and following the directions on screen. For credit/debit card payments, click the “Make Payment” link and you will be directed to a third party website. There you can make payments that will be applied directly to your Association’s account. Please be advised that a processing fee is charged for this service and any changes to the withdrawal dates or amounts on the credit card/debit option requires homeowners to return to the third party website to make those changes.
