MINUTES OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING MAY 5TH, 2020

The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. via Zoom video conference. Board members in attendance: Wes Fish, David Mayorga, David Zamudio. Charles Jackman and Rachel Byrne were absent. John Tryon represented Condoministration.

DISCUSSION PERIOD

Board discussed how current situation might impact our accounts receivables. Too early to say at this time but expect unpaid dues to increase as a result of many owners’ incomes being affected.

PRESIDENT’S REPORT

Wes suggested we look into screens for our gutters and methods of termite treatment other than chemical injection.

MINUTES

A motion to approve the minutes of the January meeting was seconded and carried.

TREASURER'S REPORT

The April financial report was reviewed by David Mayorga. A motion to approve the report was seconded and carried.

COMMITTEE REPORTS

Landscape

Rachel continues to work with the landscapers on applying mulch in the bare hallway areas and inspecting and repairing our irrigation system.

Architectural

Nothing to report.

OLD BUSINESS

Building repair/painting

The Board confirmed the next building to be overhauled and painted is 1275SC, followed by 1423SS.

Spot repairs on buildings

We need to identify and carry out spot repairs on buildings where a smaller section has deteriorated and needs to be addressed before the entire building is done.

Website upgrades

David Z. continues to work on adding more information to our website.
